§ 53.115 Rights related to special nuclear material.

(a) No right to the SNM will be conferred by a license issued under this part except as may be defined by the license. (b) Neither a license issued under this part, nor any right thereunder, nor any right to utilize or produce SNM may be transferred, assigned, or disposed of in any manner, either voluntarily or involuntarily, directly or indirectly, through transfer of control of the license to any person, unless the Commission, after securing full information, finds that the transfer is in accordance with the provisions of the Act and gives its consent in writing.
