§ 1009.1 Purpose and scope.

(a) This part establishes Department of Energy policy for establishing prices and charges for Department materials and services sold to organizations and persons outside the Federal Government. (b) This part applies to all elements of the Department except the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
