Each report by the Secretary of the Senate required by paragraph (1) shall contain a separate summary of Senate accounts statement for each office of the Senate authorized to obligate appropriated funds, including each Senator’s office, each officer of the Senate, and each committee of the Senate. The summary of Senate accounts statement shall include—
