The Secretary of Defense may, subject to subsection (f), provide financial assistance in accordance with this section to a person—
To receive financial assistance under this section—
a person not referred to in subparagraph (A) or (B) shall enter into an agreement—
An agreement entered into under this section by a person pursuing an academic degree shall include terms that provide the following:
