Each Secretary concerned shall develop a strategy to demolish facilities under the respective jurisdiction of each such Secretary that— Each Secretary concerned shall conduct an assessment to determine the total cost to the United States to maintain facilities that— Not later than December 1, 2025, and on an annual basis thereafter, each Secretary concerned shall conduct an assessment of each facility under the jurisdiction of the Secretary concerned that was constructed at least 25 years prior to the year covered by the assessment to determine whether the facility— For each facility described in paragraph (1) that a Secretary concerned determines is not, or will not be, historically significant pursuant to an assessment under such paragraph, the Secretary concerned shall— submit to the digital facilities management system of the military department under the jurisdiction of such Secretary— Along with the budget for fiscal year 2027 submitted by the President pursuant to section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, and on an annual basis thereafter, each Secretary concerned shall provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on— Each such briefing shall include— recommendations of each such Secretary with respect to reducing—
