Any person who violates subsection (a) shall be— in the case of an offense involving abusive sexual contact of the type prohibited by subsection (a)(1) or (b) of section 2244, but excluding abusive sexual contact through the clothing— in the case of an offense involving abusive sexual contact of the type prohibited by section 2244(a)(2)— in the case of an offense involving abusive sexual contact through the clothing of the type prohibited by subsection (a)(3), (a)(4), or (b) of section 2244—
