A person who unlawfully and intentionally—
There is jurisdiction over the activity prohibited in subsection (a)—
in the case of a covered ship, if—
such activity is committed—
As used in this section, section 2280a, section 2281, and section 2281a, the term—
“applicable treaty” means—
“biological weapon” means—
“chemical weapon” means, together or separately—
toxic chemicals and their precursors, except where intended for—
“serious injury or damage” means—
