The Secretary of State shall transmit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, by October 31 of each year, a full and complete report providing— detailed assessments with respect to each foreign country— with respect to each foreign country from which the United States Government has sought cooperation during the previous five years in the investigation or prosecution of an act of international terrorism against United States citizens or interests, information on— The report required under subsection (a) should to the extent feasible include (but not be limited to)— with respect to subsection (a)(1)(A)— significant support, if any, for international terrorism by each country which is the subject of such report, including (but not limited to)— with respect to subsection (a)(1)(B)— the actions by the country— 33 So in original.
