Not later than 5 years after August 2, 2017, the President shall conduct a review of all persons on the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the Department of the Treasury for activities relating to Iran— to assess the conduct of such persons as that conduct relates to— to determine the applicability of sanctions with respect to such persons under— If the President determines under subsection (a) that sanctions under an Executive order specified in paragraph (2) of that subsection are applicable with respect to a person, the President shall—
