If a grantee receives grants for 3 consecutive fiscal years under part A, B, C, D, or E (in the alternative), then the Secretary shall evaluate such grantee on-site, not less frequently than once in the period of such 3 consecutive fiscal years, for purposes of— Recipients of grants under this subchapter shall cooperate with the Secretary’s efforts to carry out evaluations, and to collect information, under this subchapter.
