Congress finds as follows: The Administrator shall— The Administrator shall annually make a grant to RAINN, which shall be used for the performance of the organization’s national programs, which may include— For the purposes of this section: The term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. The term “RAINN” means the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation headquartered in the District of Columbia. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator to carry out this section, $3,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2027.
