The Secretary shall provide— Paragraph (1) applies to the following officers and employees of the Department: Each report under this subsection— Notification under subparagraph (A) shall include— Beginning not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of the Joseph Maxwell Cleland and Robert Joseph Dole Memorial Veterans Benefits and Health Care Improvement Act of 2022, in carrying out paragraph (1), the Secretary shall ensure that the official of the Department who serves as the Equal Employment Opportunity Director of the Department—
