Limitations on assistance; special training courses

The Secretary may provide or assist in providing an eligible person with a second automobile or other conveyance under this chapter if— the Secretary receives satisfactory evidence that the automobile or other conveyance previously purchased with assistance under this chapter was destroyed— The Secretary may provide or assist in providing an eligible person with an additional automobile or other conveyance under this chapter—
