The goals of the Program are—
The following entities are eligible to receive a grant under this section:
The Secretary may award a grant under the Program for a highway-rail or pathway-rail grade crossing improvement project (including acquiring real property interests) involving—
In awarding grants under the Program, the Secretary shall evaluate the extent to which proposed projects would—
In awarding grants under the Program, the Secretary shall consider—
the degree to which the proposed project will use—
whether the proposed project will improve the mobility of—
whether the proposed project is identified in—
In selecting grants for Program funds in any fiscal year, the Secretary shall comply with the following limitations:
Not later than 3 days before awarding a grant for a project under the Program, the Secretary shall submit written notification of the proposed grant to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives, which shall include—
Not later than 60 days after each round of award notifications, the Secretary shall post, on the public website of the Department of Transportation—
A grant recipient under this section, and the successors, assigns, and contractors of such grant recipient—
