§ 1102.6 Notice and comment.

(a) The ASC shall publish promptly in the Federal Register a notice respecting: (1) A received Request for Temporary Waiver (see § 1102.3(c)); or (2) An ASC Order initiating a temporary waiver proceeding (see § 1102.5). (b) The notice of a received Request for Temporary Waiver or ASC Order initiating a temporary waiver proceeding shall contain a concise statement of the nature and basis for the action and shall give interested persons 30 calendar days from its publication in which to submit written data, views, and arguments.
