This Appendix applies to the Federal Housing Finance Agency's Office of Inspector General (FHFA-OIG). 1. Contact information for FOIA Officer. A Communications Assistant will dial the requested number and relay the conversation between a standard (voice) telephone user and text telephone (TTY). 2.
