§ 1225.2 Definitions.

For purposes of this part, the term: Minimum capital level means the lowest amount of capital meeting any regulation or orders issued pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 1426 and 12 U.S.C. 4612, or any similar requirement established by regulation, order or other action. Rescission means a removal in whole or in part of an increase in the temporary minimum capital level.
