§ 38.17 Fuel efficiency limits.

(a) The fuel efficiency limits in this section are expressed as maximum permitted fuel efficiency metric values, as calculated under § 38.11. (b) The fuel efficiency metric value of an airplane subject to this part may not exceed the following, rounded to three decimal places:
