(a) During the calendar year immediately following the year in which the report required by Section 74.101 is filed, notice may be mailed to each person who has been reported with a Texas address and appears to be entitled to the reported property. (b) The notice under Subsection (a) must conform to the requirements for notice under Section 74.201(b).
