ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER

(a) The department may enforce this chapter by revoking or suspending a lease or permit. (b) The department shall notify the attorney general of a violation of this chapter. The attorney general may bring suit to enforce this chapter in a district court of the defendant's county of residence. (c) The court may enforce this chapter by injunction or other appropriate legal process.
