On election, the services provided by an electing company are classified into two categories: (1) basic network services governed by Subchapter C; and (2) nonbasic services governed by Subchapter E. (3) Renumbered (2) by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1212, Sec. 36, eff. Sept. 1, 1999
