The railroad commission may suspend or refuse to renew a permit for a period not to exceed one year if the permittee: (1) violates the provisions of this chapter; (2) violates reasonable rules promulgated under Section 29.031 of this code; or (3) does not maintain his operation at the standards that entitled him to a permit under Section 29.013 of this code.
