If a foreign filing entity authorized to transact business in this state changes its name to a name that would cause the entity to be denied an application for registration under this subchapter, the entity's registration must be suspended. An entity the registration of which has been suspended under this section may transact business in this state only after the entity:
(1) changes its name to a name that is available to it under the laws of this state; or
(2) otherwise complies with this chapter.
