(a) Section 375.072(c), Local Government Code, does not apply to a director. (b) Section 49.052, Water Code, does not apply to the district. (c) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 796 (H.B. 2881), Sec. 8, eff. September 1, 2017.
