(a) A directors' election shall be held on the first Saturday in May of each odd-numbered year to elect the appropriate number of directors. (b) The election order for the election of directors must state the time, place, and purpose of the election. (c) Notwithstanding Chapter 32, Election Code: (1) the board shall appoint presiding judges as necessary; and (2) each presiding judge shall appoint one assistant judge and at least two clerks to assist in holding the election. (d) The board shall enter an order declaring the results of the election.
