(a) The board shall hold regular meetings at least once a month at the time and place set by board resolution or board bylaws. (b) The president or any two directors may call a special meeting as necessary in administering district business. (c) At least five days before the date of a special meeting, the secretary shall mail notice of the special meeting to each director. A director may waive the notice in writing.
