(a) The district is composed of the territory described by Section 3, Chapter 364, Acts of the 57th Legislature, Regular Session, 1961, as that territory may have been modified under: (1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or (2) other law. (b) The district includes all property and territory in the district's boundaries.
