(a) On accepting a linked deposit, an eligible lending institution must loan money to eligible borrowers in accordance with the deposit agreement and this chapter. The eligible lending institution shall forward a compliance report to the board. (b) The board shall monitor compliance with this chapter and inform the comptroller of noncompliance on the part of an eligible lending institution.
