§ 1500.44 Disqualification and removal.

(a) In the event that any Board member or alternate Board member who was appointed as a manufacturer ceases to qualify as a manufacturer, such Board member or alternate Board member shall be disqualified from serving on the Board. (b) [Reserved] (c) All members serve at the pleasure of the Secretary. The Board may recommend to the Secretary that a member be removed from office.
