(a) The commissioner shall administer and enforce this chapter. (a-1) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 160, Sec. 87(3), eff. September 1, 2013. (d) The commissioner shall participate in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as provided by Chapter 180.
