(a) The 22nd Judicial District is composed of Caldwell, Comal, and Hays counties. (b) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, each district court in Comal County has the civil and criminal jurisdiction of a county court. (c) The terms of the 22nd District Court begin: (1) in Caldwell County on the first Mondays in March, June, September, and December; (2) in Comal County on the first Mondays in April, July, October, and January; and (3) in Hays County on the first Mondays in February, May, August, and November.
