(a) The 120th Judicial District is composed of El Paso County. (b) The terms of the 120th District Court begin on the first Mondays in January and July. (c) The El Paso County sheriff or the sheriff's deputy shall attend the court when required by law or by the judge. (d) Section 24.136, relating to the 34th District Court, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the 120th District Court.
