(a) to (f) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(17), eff. Sept. 1, 1999. (g) A municipal judge may only be removed under Article V, Section 1-a, of the Texas Constitution. (h) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(17), eff. Sept. 1, 1999. (i) Sections 30.00007(b)(5) and 30.000085 do not apply to this subchapter.
