(a) The division may provide assistance to private aviators, including partial reimbursement for funds expended, to meet the actual costs of aircraft operation in performing search, rescue, or disaster-related functions requested by the governor or the governor's designee. (b) Any reimbursement must be limited to the actual cost of aircraft operation not reimbursable from other sources.
