§ 1238.2 Requirements for stationary activity centers.

Each stationary activity center shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F2012-24, Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Stationary Activity Centers, approved on November 1, 2024. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51. This material is available for inspection at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
