The board may adopt rules: (1) relating to applications for review, the review process, and reporting requirements; (2) exempting certain state securities from the application of Subchapter C if the board finds that review of the securities is unnecessary or impractical; and (3) delegating to the director of the bond finance office the authority to approve a state security on behalf of the board.
