(a) The juvenile board of Montgomery County is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Montgomery County, and the judge of each county court at law. (b) The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not less than $3,000, payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county. (c) Section 152.0003 does not apply to the juvenile board of Montgomery County.
