(a) The department shall develop model educational materials to be available on the department's Internet website to educate the public about AIDS and HIV infection. (b) The educational materials must: (1) include information about methods of transmission and prevention of HIV infection, state laws relating to the transmission, and conduct that may result in the transmission of HIV; and (2) be scientifically accurate and factually correct and designed to: (A) communicate to the public knowledge about methods of transmission and prevention of HIV infection; and (B) educate the public about transmission risks in social, employment, and educational situations.
