(a) The corporation shall take commercially reasonable measures to protect its intellectual property, including obtaining patents, trademarks, and copyrights where appropriate. (b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1169 (H.B. 3304), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2019.
