In this chapter: (1) "Authority" means a county hospital authority created under this chapter. (2) "Board" means the board of directors of an authority. (3) "Bond" includes a note. (4) "Bond resolution" means the resolution authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds. (5) "Hospital" means a hospital project as defined under Section 223.002. (6) "Trust indenture" means the mortgage, deed of trust, or other instrument pledging revenues of or creating a mortgage lien on properties to secure revenue bonds issued by an authority. (7) "Trustee" means the trustee under a trust indenture.
