Two or more officers of the domestic insurance company shall execute and file with the department: (1) a sworn schedule of each of the assets of the company exhibited to the department during the examination under Section 841.059 showing the value of the assets; and (2) a sworn statement that the assets are the bona fide, unconditional, and unencumbered property of the company and are worth the amount stated in the schedule.
