MONTHLY MAINTENANCE OF INFORMATION

An employer shall monthly maintain: (1) the name of each employee whose salary is paid wholly or partly from a grant; (2) the source of the grant; (3) the amount of the employee's salary paid from the grant; (4) the amount of the money provided by the grant for state contributions for the employee; and (5) any other information the trustee determines is necessary to enforce this subchapter.
