In this subchapter: (1) "Credentialing committee" means a credentialing committee created by the trustee under Section 1575.354. (2) "Health care provider" means: (A) an individual licensed as a health care practitioner; or (B) a health care facility. (3) "Network" means the coordinated care network implemented and administered by the trustee under this subchapter.
