QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS

(a) A member of a system's advisory committee must be an employee of the system. (b) A member must: (1) demonstrate mature judgment, special abilities, and sincere interest in employee coverage plans; and (2) be able to represent the needs of all employees of the component, unit, or agency the member represents with respect to an action of the advisory committee.
