(a) The trustees of a risk pool shall invest the pool's money in accordance with Subchapter A, Chapter 2256, Government Code to the extent that law can be made applicable. (b) In addition to investments authorized under Subchapter A, Chapter 2256, Government Code, the trustees of a pool may invest the pool's money in any investment authorized by the Texas Trust Code (Subtitle B, Title 9, Property Code).
