(a) An owner or operator of a storage facility shall: (1) maintain records and make reports relating to construction, operation, or maintenance of the facility as required by commission rule; and (2) provide any other information required by the commission relating to construction, operation, or maintenance of the facility. (b) The commission may provide forms for reports required under Subsection (a).
