(a) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(36), eff. September 1, 2015. (b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(36), eff. September 1, 2015. (c) The department shall provide reasonable assistance to a person who wishes to file a complaint with the department regarding a person or activity regulated under this chapter.
