Should any Governor choose not to reside in the Governor’s Mansion, the Director of General Services may permit the property to be used by government employees for training sessions, seminars, conferences, or other state-related activities, provided such use is consistent with local zoning ordinances. The Director of General Services may establish fees and such regulations as are necessary to maintain the integrity of the mansion.
