For purposes of this article, notwithstanding Section 12096.1, the following definitions shall apply: (a) “GO-Biz” means the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development. (b) “Office” means the Office of Regional Economic Development Initiatives established pursuant to Section 12097.7.
