The following publications are incorporated by reference in the HUD Minimum Property Standards (MPS) in 24 CFR part 200. The MPS are available for public inspection and can be obtained for appropriate use at 490 L'Enfant Plaza East, Suite 3214, or at each HUD Regional, Area, and Service Office. Copies are available for inspection at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
